Uijeongbu Station Familier II will be developed on lots 100-1 and 100-2 in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of one building with 2 basement floors and 40 above-ground floors, totaling 150 households with exclusive areas of 59, 77, 84, 134, and 136㎡.


This residential-commercial complex, reaching up to 40 floors, is situated right next to Uijeongbu Station on Line 1. This project involves building a 10.4 km underground road with four lanes in each direction on a section of the Dongbu Expressway connecting Cheongdam-dong in Gangnam-gu to Seokgwan-dong in Seongbuk-gu, which links Seoul’s Songpa-gu and Uijeongbu in Gyeonggi-do. Once completed, accessibility to Seoul, including Gangnam, is expected to improve significantly.

Development of the old downtown area is also underway. An urban development project is in progress to newly develop the former U.S. military return site, "Camp LaGuardia." This area will include apartment complexes, public offices, parks, and parking lots.


Right in front of Uijeongbu Station Familier II is Shinsegae Department Store Uijeongbu branch, allowing residents to enjoy shopping, culture, and leisure nearby. Rodeo Street, Jeil Market, and CGV are located around, and various government offices such as Uijeongbu City Hall, Uijeongbu Tax Office, and Uijeongbu District Court Registry Office are adjacent.
