This project aims to improve the living conditions of local youth and address issues they face in job searching and daily life by offering a variety of programs, including youth cafes and workplace adaptation support programs.

The programs are organized by the Youth Hope Workshop and include the establishment of youth cafes and a local settlement-based employment linkage model. To revitalize youth culture, they operate customized programs such as 'Insaeng CPR' and a one-on-one dedicated psychological counseling program called 'Tikitaka'.

The workplace adaptation support program consists of 'Kingsman', which helps CEOs and middle managers understand organizational trends and strengthen their competencies, and the onboarding program 'Naeil-eun Iljaller' for new employees with less than one year of experience.

Eligible participants are local youth aged between 15 and 34, or up to 39 years old according to the Gyeongsan City Youth Basic Ordinance.

For more details, please refer to the notices on the Daegu Catholic University website or the Youth Hope Workshop website.

President Sung Han-ki of Daegu Catholic University said, "We will provide customized programs for young people facing various difficulties to help them settle and grow in the region," adding, "We will support youth so that they can achieve stable growth."
