Air Premia Hiring 100 Flight Attendants

Applications Accepted from the First Week of July... Employment from September to December This Year

Hybrid airline Air Premia will hire 100 flight attendants through its first open recruitment this year.


Air Premia announced on the 17th that it will accept applications for new flight attendants from the 1st to the 14th of next month.


The recruitment scale is 100 people. Degree holders, including those expected to graduate in February 2025, can apply as long as they have no disqualifications for overseas travel. Applicants must have a valid domestic official language proficiency score within the last two years as of the application deadline (TOEIC 600 points, TOEIC Speaking IM or higher, OPIc IM or higher).


After submitting applications on the Air Premia recruitment website, only those who pass the document screening will proceed to a practical interview and a 'Culture Fit' interview to assess alignment with Air Premia's core values. The final successful candidates will be selected after a medical examination.


The final successful candidates will join sequentially between September and December. The announcement of successful candidates and detailed selection schedules can be found on the Air Premia recruitment website.


Starting with this flight attendant open recruitment, Air Premia plans to conduct hiring across various job categories, including flight operations and maintenance, in the second half of the year.


Geum Chang-hyun, Head of People at Air Premia, said, "With aircraft introduction and route expansion scheduled from the end of this year, we decided to hire new flight attendants," adding, "We look forward to challenges from talented individuals who are meticulous and fully responsible for in-flight safety."
