DK Asia announced that the first premium pilot complex of the resort special city, "Wanggil Station Royal Park City," which is part of a total of 21,313 households, will provide three meals (3 meals) services in a space luxuriously developed on the largest scale in Korea. Not only will there be a terrace where residents can enjoy meals while overlooking a large-scale garden spanning 20,000 pyeong, but the three meals will be served buffet-style with menus changing daily, realizing a true resort lifestyle in everyday life.

The 3 meals service is a hotel-style meal service provided in some luxury apartments in affluent areas of Seoul such as Gangnam and Yongsan. DK Asia has already established itself as the most widely used and highly satisfactory service in Korea by offering 3 meals?breakfast, lunch, and dinner?through Geomam Station Royal Park City (Pulmuone), the first in Incheon to provide this service.

In particular, Shinsegae Food, which will provide the 3 meals service at Wanggil Station Royal Park City, is a company that has been part of the history of food service in Korea with the core values of supporting customers' health and lifestyle, delivering the best taste through top-quality ingredients.

Recently, the importance of spaces for cooking or dining has grown beyond just providing a single meal, and the 3 meals service is gaining attention as a specialized community service.

Previously, Geomam Station Royal Park City, which was the first in Incheon to provide the 3 meals service, also offers the service in the Trinity Lounge, a separate community facility with special interior design, receiving favorable reviews from residents. The ceiling, which reaches 10 meters in height, is equipped with specialized lighting fixtures, and the spacious hall, large enough for banquets, features luxurious dining tables wide enough for families of 4 to 6 to enjoy meals comfortably, resort-style chairs, and edgy interior accessories. Additionally, outdoors, tables with parasols and a sculptural wall fountain that allows residents to hear the refreshing sound of flowing water along the wall are perfectly equipped.

The community space providing 3 meals at Wanggil Station Royal Park City Prugio will also be specially designed. As the first premium pilot complex of the resort special city, it is designed as the largest and most luxurious 3 meals service space ever introduced in Korea, under the concept of a new adventure voyage in everyday life.

The 3 meals service space, located on the second floor above ground, will feature a large terrace luxuriously designed to allow residents to dine while overlooking the 20,000-pyeong garden within Royal Park City. To realize a true resort lifestyle in everyday life, meals will be served buffet-style with menus changing daily, just like at a resort. Moreover, residents living in Royal Park City brand apartments (Royal Honors Club) will be able to freely use the 3 meals services provided by Geomrofu (Pulmuone) and Wangrofu (Shinsegae Food). Since there has been no precedent of residents freely alternating use of community facilities even within the same brand apartments, this is the first implementation in the construction and real estate industry. Additionally, residents can use the 3 meals service at a 20% discounted price.
