Support for Operation of Specialized AI Services by Organizational Unit
On the 17th, SK C&C announced that it will provide the MyBox service, which supports the creation and utilization of AI chatbots tailored to specific tasks based on the artificial intelligence (AI) chat service 'Solur MyChat.'
MyBox is a game-customized AI hyper-automation service that allows employees to create and use AI chatbots as needed for their own tasks. Through MyBox, users can access customized services including financial information and market trend search and analysis, report writing and summarization, translation, as well as job-specific AI for coding, human resources, finance and accounting, legal affairs, regulatory compliance, purchasing and logistics, production management, research and development, IT development, marketing, and customer management, all integrated into SK C&C’s enterprise-specialized AI solution 'Solur' chat service 'MyChat.'
SK C&C expects MyBox to establish itself as a service that replaces existing robotic process automation (RPA). MyBox can handle various internal complaint response tasks, which is anticipated to reduce costs and increase work efficiency.
Additionally, MyBox can be created at the organizational level such as teams or headquarters, allowing members to jointly operate specialized AI services. It is especially expected to play a role as an AI service for company-wide common tasks or interdepartmental collaboration. For example, when creating a MyBox for new product development, departments can upload relevant data such as market analysis, cost information, marketing, and customer management information to the MyBox, and instruct the AI to produce various reports and simulations necessary for product development.
Moreover, MyBox can be separately built to fit customer systems, and after being installed on internal cloud systems, it can be utilized in desktop virtualization (VDI) environments. It also supports a natural language interface-based service environment that can be linked with legacy systems, enabling the use of services with higher scalability.
