Recruitment of Participants for June Senior Education Program
Ulsan Museum is introducing an engaging puzzle game by incorporating a dementia prevention concept into its educational program for seniors.
Ulsan Museum announced that it will hold the June 2024 senior education program, "The Puzzle in My Head - 1975 Hyundai Pony," on the 2nd floor Seminar Room II of the museum at 1 p.m. on the 26th.
The theme of this puzzle, "1975 Hyundai Pony," features Hyundai Motor's first independently produced model, which is also the first independently manufactured Korean car and is designated as Korea's National Registered Cultural Heritage No. 553.
The program is open to 30 seniors aged between 56 and 76.
Participants will work on a puzzle featuring the 1975 Hyundai Pony image, helping to prevent dementia while also learning about the historical and academic significance of the Hyundai Pony.
Applications for the program can be made from 9 a.m. on the 19th by phone or by visiting the Ulsan Museum information desk. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and participation is free of charge.
An official from Ulsan Museum stated, "This June senior education program will provide an in-depth understanding of the ongoing themed exhibition at Ulsan Museum, 'The First National Car Pony.' In addition, after the program ends at 2 p.m., the movie 'Ansi Fortress' will be screened for free in the Ulsan Museum auditorium."
