On the 17th, Samsung Securities analyzed that iFamilySC has abundant domestic and international momentum to drive sales growth in the second half of this year.
Han Youngsoo, a researcher at Samsung Securities, stated in a report on the same day, "Since starting its cosmetics business, iFamilySC has repeatedly achieved remarkable sales growth thanks to clear brand positioning," and added, "The company clearly defined its target consumer base and implemented product and marketing strategies optimized for their characteristics."
He explained, "Thanks to this, the company achieved sales growth without hiring expensive celebrity advertising models," and "rather, as sales grew, it even enjoyed a leverage effect where the proportion of marketing expenses continuously decreased."
He also said, "Several major channel events and orders that will drive sales growth are planned for the second half of the year," and forecasted, "First, regular orders for hero SKUs, which account for about half of cosmetics sales, to major domestic and international channels will begin in the third quarter, and the minimum order quantity is likely to increase to more than 1.5 times that of the previous quarter."
Furthermore, he stated, "In the major domestic channel H&B, a total of three promotional events are scheduled in the second half of the year (July, September, December)," and "collaborative products with content companies, which have become a major sales growth driver, are also scheduled to be simultaneously launched in Korea and Japan in July."
He added, "In the Japanese offline channel, new SKUs will be introduced and shelf share is expected to increase," and "collaboration with channels will also be carried out to expand the consumer age group."
