Virtual Asset Exchange Coinone Expands Application of Employment Congratulations Bonus

A company has emerged that provides a congratulatory bonus of 2 million KRW upon joining. Virtual asset exchange Coinone announced on the 14th that it will expand its congratulatory bonus system for new hires to all job positions on a regular basis. This is to enhance competitiveness in the recruitment market and accelerate the acquisition of outstanding talent.

Coinone has revamped its congratulatory bonus system, which was previously operated only for specific recruitment events and certain job positions, to apply to all job positions. New hires who apply through the Coinone recruitment page by July 31, the intensive recruitment period, will receive a congratulatory bonus of 2 million KRW. Those who join after this period will receive 1 million KRW. The system will be operated continuously until a separate termination notice is given.

When a new hire passes the three-month probation period, the congratulatory bonus will be paid on the salary payment day at the end of the probation period. However, applicants whose documents are already held by the company through search firms, recruitment platforms, or internal referrals, other than direct applications via the recruitment page, will be excluded from the payment.

Currently, Coinone is recruiting for 20 positions including △Product Owner (PO) △Product Designer △Graphic Designer △Product Data Analyst △UX Researcher △Web Frontend Developer △iOS Developer △Android Developer △Backend Developer △DevOps Engineer △Service Engine Developer △Data Analyst △Data Engineer △Anti-Money Laundering (AML) System Developer △AML Team Leader △AML Planning Officer △STR Monitoring Officer △Trading Support Officer △Market Surveillance Officer △Service Security Engineer.

A Coinone recruitment official stated, "Recruitment is underway across all fields including development, product, regulatory response, and security.
