Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to provide retired (or soon-to-retire) teachers with opportunities to participate in education and experience programs related to returning to farming and rural areas, offer customized information through an integrated platform for returning to farming and rural areas, and collaborate on talent donation by teachers for the development of agriculture and rural communities.

Song Hajung, Director of Sahakyeongeum, stated, "This collaboration will help teachers plan their lives after retirement," adding, "We will continue to actively cooperate with specialized institutions to ensure stable retirement planning for teachers and pension recipients."

Sahakyeongeum plans to support teachers' life planning after retirement through systematic education, integrated information, and practical experience programs related to returning to farming and rural areas.

Building on this agreement, they plan to continue their cooperative relationship to support the stable life of the second baby boomer generation after retirement and to restore the sustainability of agriculture and rural areas facing challenges such as low birth rates, aging population, and population extinction risks.
