Mini Korea launched the new model of the compact sports utility vehicle (SUV) Mini Countryman on the 13th. This is the third-generation complete redesign model introduced seven years after the 2017 release, with increased dimensions both inside and out. The length was extended by 150mm and the height by 105mm, and the front grille, rear lights, and bumper were newly designed.
The interior dashboard uses fabric made from recycled materials. The shoulder space of the front seats has been widened by about 3cm, and the rear seats allow adjustment of both the fore-aft position and the backrest angle. A circular organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display, developed in collaboration with Samsung Display, is installed in the center of the dashboard.
The Mini Countryman S All4 (four-wheel drive) Classic is priced at 49.9 million KRW, the Favored trim at 57 million KRW, and the high-performance JCW model at 67 million KRW (including VAT). The Mini Cooper will be launched domestically next month.
