The meeting was attended by key officials of the Korea Aerospace Administration, including Administrator Yoon Young-bin, John Lee, Head of the Aerospace Mission Headquarters, and Deputy Director Noh Kyung-won, along with representatives from about 10 major satellite-related companies such as Nara Space, Satrec-I, Soltop, AP Satellite, LIG Nex1, Genoco, Justec, KT Sat, Korea Aerospace Industries, Hancom Inspace, and Hanwha Systems.

This relay company meeting, held with the purpose of broadly listening to and reflecting the opinions of the aerospace industry during the policy-making process of the Korea Aerospace Administration, was the second meeting following the first session focused on space transportation (launch vehicles).

Administrator Yoon Young-bin stated, "To achieve the goal of becoming one of the top five aerospace powers, the government will spare no investment and support for the aerospace industry," adding, "We will continue to communicate closely with the field so that the satellite sector, where a related ecosystem is already actively forming, can grow further."

Company representatives, based on their participation or experience in national space development projects, emphasized the role of public seed funding and regulatory improvements for the development of the satellite industry, and proposed expanding opportunities for overseas advancement and increasing company-led projects.
