Samjong KPMG and Celonis Join Hands to Support AI-Based Process Innovation

Samjong KPMG is partnering with Celonis to support AI-based process innovation services for domestic companies.

Celonis is the world's largest process mining solution company, holding a 60% global market share as of 2023. In March of this year, Celonis entered the Korean market to expand its business.

Under the business agreement, Samjong KPMG will utilize Celonis products to provide AI-based continuous PI (Process Innovation) consulting to domestic corporate clients, while Celonis will assist with solution provision and technical verification. Both companies plan to collaborate on discovering business opportunities for corporate clients and joint marketing efforts.

This agreement is expected to expand AI-based continuous PI consulting services beyond finance to non-financial sectors as well.
