Aurora World Acquires 90-Year-Old American Premium Brand 'Mary Meyer'

Global character toy and content company Aurora World announced on the 11th that it has acquired the US premium baby product brand Mary Meyer. This acquisition is regarded as an important step to expand product diversity and strengthen competitiveness in the global market.

Founded in 1933, Mary Meyer is renowned for its creative designs and high-quality materials used in baby dolls and toys. Currently managed by the third generation of the family, the founder Mary Meyer’s grandsons, Kevin Meyer and Steven Meyer, serve as president and chief designer respectively, overseeing company operations. All products provide children with safety and a soft touch, meeting strict quality standards and building trust across multiple generations.

Mary Meyer will continue to operate as an independent brand after this acquisition and plans to reach more customers through Aurora World’s global distribution network.

An Aurora World representative said, “Mary Meyer’s quality and innovation perfectly align with our values,” adding, “By joining forces, we will be able to present products that are even more loved by children and families.”

Kevin Meyer, president of Mary Meyer, stated, “This acquisition provides an opportunity to deliver our baby toys to more families.”

Meanwhile, through this acquisition, Aurora World plans to further strengthen its position in the global market, and both companies aim to provide greater value to customers through product lineup expansion, enhanced distribution, and continuous innovation.
