Samsung Electronics fired a warning shot, saying "there is nothing new" after Apple unveiled its artificial intelligence (AI) system, 'Apple Intelligence.'

Samsung Electronics' U.S. branch (Samsung Mobile US) wrote on social media on the 10th (local time), "Adding Apple Intelligence is neither new nor groundbreaking," and added, "Welcome to the AI world, Apple."

On the 10th, Apple unveiled Apple Intelligence at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). It is a feature that assists with text summarization, image generation, and searching for data highly relevant to the user's desired information on iPhone, iPad, macOS, and more.

After the event, Apple Intelligence was evaluated as merely catching up to services already offered by competitors such as Samsung, Microsoft (MS), and Google. On the 10th, Apple's stock price on the New York Stock Exchange fell 1.91% from the previous trading day to $193.12 (approximately 266,000 KRW).
