On the 9th (local time), he won the Memorial Tournament, a PGA Tour signature event with a total prize money of $20 million, held at Muirfield Village Golf Club (par 72, 7,571 yards) in Dublin, Ohio, USA. He edged out Collin Morikawa (USA) by one stroke. This marks his fifth win of the season and 11th career victory, just two months after winning the RBC Heritage in April, with a winner's prize of $4 million (approximately 5.5 billion KRW).

Winning five times in a PGA Tour season is the first since Justin Thomas (USA) in the 2016/2017 season, seven years ago. It is also the first time in 44 years since Tom Watson (USA) in 1980 that a player has won five times before the third major of the season, the US Open. His season earnings have surged to $24.02 million, surpassing his own record for the highest season earnings of $21.01 million set last year. The controversy surrounding his arrest by police during last month's PGA Championship was completely wiped away by this victory.

Scheffler made it happen using clubs from three brands: TaylorMade, Titleist, and Srixon. He used the TaylorMade Qi10 driver (8 degrees), Qi10 fairway wood (15 degrees), P7TW irons (#5-PW), and Spider Tour X putter. From Titleist, he used the Vokey Design SM8 wedges (50, 56 degrees), Vokey Design WedgeWorks Proto wedge (60 degrees), and Pro V1 balls. He also carried the Srixon utility irons ZU85 (#3-4) in his caddie bag.

At this tournament, Scheffler recorded an average driving distance of 292.80 yards (16th), fairway hit rate of 67.86% (16th), greens in regulation of 69.44% (1st), and putts per hole when hitting the green at 1.68 (13th). Notably, he led with 12.96 strokes gained around the green from approach shots (1st). Scheffler celebrated by holding his son, who was brought by his wife. This is his first win since becoming a father. He smiled and said, "The course was tough, but it was an exciting competition."
