Hanshin Engineering & Construction is conducting the official contract signing for 'Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue,' supplied in Segyo 2 District, Osan City, Gyeonggi Province, from the 10th to the 14th.
Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue recorded the highest competition rate of 20.47 to 1 (based on the 84㎡A type) during the subscription held over two days starting from the 21st of last month.

Osan City, where the complex is located, has low housing supply and no unsold units, and benefits from various favorable factors such as new town development, transportation network expansion, and semiconductor cluster establishment. Apartment prices in Osan City have been rising for eight consecutive weeks since April.
A sales official explained, "'Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue' is situated in the central location of Segyo New Town, which has various favorable factors, and it is a post-construction sale complex that alleviates concerns about poor construction quality, which seems to have contributed to the high competition rate. The sale price is reasonable due to the application of the price ceiling system, and it also offers a 60% interest-free benefit on the interim payment for the first time in Segyo 2 District, reducing the financial burden."
'Osan Segyo Hanshin The Hue' consists of 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, with a total of 844 households, and the exclusive area ranges from 74 to 99㎡. Move-in is scheduled for March 2025.
