Samsung Electronics will provide an interpretation service using 'Galaxy AI' at Lotte Department Store and Outlet from June 11 to July 10.

Samsung Electronics collaborated with Lotte Department Store and Outlet to prepare an interpretation service using the Galaxy S24 series to offer a convenient shopping experience for foreign customers.

The interpretation service will be available at six nationwide stores frequently visited by foreigners: Lotte Department Store Main Branch, Jamsil Branch, Busan Main Branch, and Lotte Outlet Seoul Station Branch, Dongbusan Branch, and Uiwang Branch.

Customers who wish to use the service can visit each store's ▲Information Desk ▲Tax Refund Counter ▲Global Concierge.

The Galaxy S24 series supports interpretation in a total of 16 languages, including English, Chinese, Japanese, German, Arabic, Indonesian, and Russian.

A Samsung Electronics representative said, "We prepared the interpretation service using Galaxy AI to provide a better shopping experience for foreign customers visiting Lotte Department Store and Outlet," adding, "We plan to continuously expand various collaborations to offer Galaxy AI experiences in the future."
