The YouTube channel 'Narak Bogwanso,' which had previously revealed the presumed identity of a sexual assault perpetrator from a past provincial incident and then deleted all related videos, has re-uploaded part of the footage. This comes just one day after they took down the videos, citing "earnest requests from the victims."

On the 8th, Narak Bogwanso posted a statement titled "Clarification Regarding the ㅇㅇ Incident" on their channel community, explaining the series of events: they disclosed the perpetrator's identity "with the victim's consent," but later closed the channel after the victim requested deletion.

Currently, two videos related to the incident remain on the YouTube channel. The YouTuber added, "The victim's family, who had lost contact, reached out first, and if they wish to publicize the matter, I will comply," and "I earnestly await contact from the victims."

Earlier, on the 5th, the channel had sequentially exposed the identities of the perpetrators. Those accused were dismissed from their workplaces, and some related restaurants were shut down. During this process, some innocent individuals were also affected. The Gyeongnam Provincial Police Agency announced that five complaints of defamation had been filed concerning the YouTube videos that revealed the identities of the perpetrators in the 'Miryang sexual assault case.' The complaints allege that the YouTube channel damaged reputations by disclosing personal information without the consent of the parties involved.

Subsequently, Narak Bogwanso deleted all videos, stating that the victim requested their removal; however, there was no verification such as phone calls or KakaoTalk messages with the victim, leading to suspicions that the perpetrator may have pressured or coerced the victim.
