LG Electronics has installed donation kiosks at the LG Twin Towers, Pyeongtaek plant, and Changwon 1 and 2 plants, and plans to expand their operation to all business sites. The donation kiosk is a digital donation box. The kiosk screen provides stories and usage plans for recipients such as families in crisis, children suffering from food insecurity, and injured firefighters. Employees can tap their ID cards on the kiosk, check the donation recipients, and donate from 1,000 KRW to 50,000 KRW with no limit on the number of donations.

The LG Electronics Labor Union and the Junior Board, a voluntary representative organization of office workers, jointly proposed the operation. Accordingly, LG Electronics directly created the donation kiosk using the 'LG Kiosk.' Son Myungsoo, a manager of the LG Electronics Junior Board, said, "Employees who wanted to participate in social contribution activities or found it cumbersome to find donation destinations can now donate easily and conveniently through the donation kiosk," adding, "We hope it can be even a little help to our neighbors."

Along with this, LG Electronics has been helping neighbors in need for 14 years since 2011 through a 'Donation Menu' meal plan. The donation menu is a cost-reduced meal provided on the second Wednesday of every even-numbered month at in-house cafeterias across all domestic business sites, and 500 KRW is accumulated each time an employee selects the menu. The cumulative number of participants exceeded 670,000 by last year, and the donation amount reached about 300 million KRW. These donations are used to provide Children's Day gifts for children and youth with disabilities and holiday gifts for low-income families.
