Inka Financial Services Pro Division 2023FY Awards Ceremony Held

On the 21st, the 2023FY AWARD event of the Pro Business Unit, boasting the highest productivity within Inka Financial Services, a KOSDAQ-listed corporation, was held at the Glad Hotel in Yeouido.

A total of about 150 people attended this event, which was divided into two parts and lasted for two hours. The event was hosted by announcer An Ji-ye.

The first part of the event featured the Customer Management Excellence Award, a highly challenging award given only to those in the top 10% in performance and who have maintained a customer retention rate of 94% over the past two years. The award recognizes not only performance but also comprehensive indicators.

Following this, awards were presented for in-house professors, MDRT/COT/TOT achievers, and an appointment ceremony was held for those contributing to new employee training. In a single business unit, more than 27 MDRT registrants emerged.

The second part of the event began with the Case CLUB, followed by the awarding of the prestigious Annual Grand Prize. The branch award went to Head Jo Hyuk, and the individual award was given to Sales Director Lim Seong-mi, who were the honored recipients.

Im Hyeong-jun, head of the Pro Business Unit, delivered the closing remarks, stating, “Over the past five years, the Pro Business Unit has solidified its foundation and aims for overwhelming growth in 2024. We have completed preparations for growth in the first half of the year and promise to prove it with numbers in the second half. We will strive to create a business unit where salespeople can work together for a long time.”
