According to Nonsan-si on the 5th, the Carbon Neutral Smart Livestock Complex Development project was highly recognized for fundamentally resolving the odor complaints from the Gwangseok-myeon livestock complex that had persisted for over 30 years by persuading related organizations through on-site communication and rationally revising regulations.
