Suncheon City Hosts 'Outdoor Concert' at Ocheon Green Plaza

The Song of the Wind Painted by Harmonica and Orchestra, etc.

Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Noh Gwan-gyu) announced that it will hold an outdoor concert titled "Melodies of Nature" at Ocheon Green Square on the 7th to present fantastic classical music amidst the beauty of nature in the fresh season of June.


This planned concert, under the theme "The Song of the Wind Painted by Harmonica and Orchestra," features a program with top domestic performers and local artists, including harmonica, percussion ensemble, harp, clarinet, violin, and piano trio, offering the audience a special performance of various genres.

The performance begins with a lively opening marching performance by the percussion ensemble Zamstick, followed by performances from the piano trio representing the region, clarinetist Kim Min-ho, and violinist Moon Jong-ah.


After the heavenly harp performance by Lee Eun-ha, familiar Korean songs will be presented through a beautiful duet of harp and clarinet.


The finale will be marked by the passionate and dazzling performance of harmonica player Park Jong-sung, the first Korean selected as a global artist in the classical music category, concluding the outdoor concert.


An official from the Suncheon Culture and Arts Center said, "We hope this outdoor concert will be a happy time for citizens and visitors to enjoy music amidst the beauty of nature and feel relaxation and leisure."
