Yeongyang County Hosts 'Yeongyang Star Light Academy' with Psychiatrist Yang Jaejin as Guest Speaker

"Stress and Me": Lecture by Psychiatrist Yang Jaejin

Yeongyang County in North Gyeongsang Province will host a lecture for the "Yeongyang Starlight Academy" at the Yeongyang Culture and Sports Center on June 12 at 2 p.m., inviting Director Yang Jaejin as the guest speaker.

The June session of the Yeongyang Starlight Academy, organized by Yeongyang County to fulfill residents' cultural needs and expand learning opportunities, will feature Yang Jaejin, a renowned psychiatrist, as the keynote speaker. Under the theme "Stress and Me," the lecture will explore the effects of stress on our lives and methods for overcoming it.

Yang Jaejin is the chief director of Mindcafe Psychiatric Clinic and serves as the public relations director for the Association of Ministry of Health and Welfare Designated Specialized Hospitals. He is also the author of several books, including "When I Don't Even Know My Own Mind."

Recently, he has been actively appearing on various TV programs such as MBN's "Dongchimi," tvN's "Accidental Adult," and the YouTube channel "Yangbro's Mental World."

County Governor Oh Dochang said, "I hope this lecture will be an opportunity for residents to learn effective ways to manage stress and help them lead healthier lives."

The Yeongyang Starlight Academy is a free lecture open to all county residents.
