The fourth mobile carrier, 'StageX,' announced its organizational structure for service establishment in the first half of next year on the 3rd.

The organization consists of ▲Network Headquarters ▲Service Platform Headquarters ▲Device Headquarters ▲Marketing Headquarters ▲Business Coordination Headquarters ▲Policy Cooperation Headquarters ▲Technology Strategy Center ▲Technology Council, totaling 6 headquarters, 1 center, and 1 council. Among these, there are 4 technology-related organizations.
Additionally, StageX plans to establish an ESG Committee and expand its total workforce to 200 employees within the year, contributing to job creation.
The Network Headquarters will be led by Heo Bitto (former LG Uplus). It is responsible for building and operating the network to provide services utilizing the 28 GHz frequency.
The Service Platform Headquarters is led by Lee Haeseong (former LG Uplus). It is responsible for building and operating the IT platform that connects the network and services.
The Device Headquarters, led by Choi Changguk (former LG Uplus), is responsible for all devices to be sold through StageX. It will work with the government to secure various terminals supporting 28 GHz.
The Technology Strategy Center is led by Park Songcheol (former LG Uplus). It is responsible for the convergence and dissemination of 28 GHz-based services and technologies for service launch.
The overall technology-related divisions and center will be overseen and led by Kim Jiyoon (former Hyundai AutoEver) as the Chief Technology Officer.
The Marketing Headquarters, responsible for branding and marketing, is led by Byun Cheolhun (former Samsung Electronics). It will handle subscriber acquisition, establish specific directions and strategies for innovative services, and design them.
The Business Coordination Headquarters, led by Han Yoonje (LG Uplus), will serve as the overall control tower for business promotion. It will perform strategic planning roles such as business strategy formulation and build cooperative systems through partnerships with domestic and international operators.
The Policy Cooperation Headquarters, led by Lee Donghyun (former LG Electronics), oversees external cooperation tasks. It supports business in line with changing internal and external environments and communicates with external channels. The affiliated government relations organization is led by Lee Gilwook (former KT).
Seo Sangwon, CEO of StageX, said, "Since the primary condition for a long-term carrier is communication quality, we prioritized securing technical experts," adding, "Our plan is to expand the organization to about 200 people throughout the year, aiming to complete all preparations by the second half."
