Boards Divided into 'Daily Concerns' and 'Mental Health'

Nutzi Healthcare's health management application Cashwalk announced on the 3rd that its mobile mental care service 'mindkey' has launched an expert coach service.

When using the coach service, users can share their concerns with counseling experts and receive free responses. Anyone can use the service by writing the content they want to consult about on the mindkey community's 'Consultation Board.' The consultation board is divided into 'Daily Concerns,' which include issues arising in everyday life such as family, health & exercise, employment & career, and 'Mental Health,' which covers psychological and emotional difficulties like insomnia.

Coaches, who are experts holding certifications related to mental health and psychological counseling, provide answers to the concerns posted on the board.

Jungsin Park, CEO of Nutzi Healthcare, said, "We launched the coach service to contribute more professionally to users' mental health," adding, "Through this service, we expect to expand beyond community communication to a one-on-one counseling matching service and serve as a personalized mental care service."
