An active physician suspected of being the first to draft the 'Resident Conduct Guidelines' that urged residents to delete hospital data before resignation has been referred to the prosecution.

According to the police, Dr. A is suspected of posting messages on the online community for doctors and medical students, MedisStaff, in February, stating, "Delete data from the handover desktop and the department's shared folder," and "Change the set order (a set of essential prescriptions bundled for easier prescribing) in a strange way."

Previously, the police conducted three investigations targeting Dr. A, who is reported to have admitted to the charges.

The police are currently continuing their investigation related to the so-called 'Resident Blacklist' (personal information of residents remaining in the medical field) posted on MedisStaff.
