[Sale Calendar] First Week of June, 3,721 Units Including 'Shinyoung Jiwel Pyeongtaek Hwayang' for Sale

In the first week of June, a total of 3,721 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 2nd, from the 3rd to the 9th, seven complexes nationwide, totaling 3,721 households (3,386 general pre-sale units), will be offered for sale. This is a slight increase compared to last week (3,315 households).

In the metropolitan area, 'Shinyoung Jiwel Pyeongtaek Hwayang' in Hyeondeok-myeon, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do will hold its first priority subscription on the 4th. This complex will be developed with 10 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, totaling 999 households. It consists of a single exclusive area of 84㎡. It offers easy access to nearby areas via National Road 38 and the Seohaean Expressway, and the opening of Anjung Station on the Seohae Line double-track railway and Anjung-daero is scheduled, which will improve wide-area mobility. Right in front of the complex, an elementary school and a central commercial area site are planned, which is expected to enhance living infrastructure. Nearby, Asan National Industrial Complex and Pyeongtaek Poseung General Industrial Complex are located, providing favorable conditions for living close to work.

The remaining units are concentrated outside the metropolitan area. On the 4th, first priority subscriptions will be accepted for 'Gimhae Gusan Lotte Castle Signature' in Gusan-dong, Gimhae-si, Gyeongsangnam-do; 'La Terrace PH42' in Taepyeong-dong, Jung-gu, Daejeon; 'Ulsan Ujeong Hanla Vivaldi' in Ujeong-dong, Jung-gu, Ulsan; 'Eco City The Sharp 4th' in Songcheon-dong 2-ga, Jeonju-si, Jeollabuk-do; and 'Gyeryong Pelipia' in Eomsa-myeon, Gyeryong-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

Model houses will open on the 7th at five locations: 'Godeok International New City Seohan Ideum Grayton' in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'e-Pyeonhansesang City Wondang' in Seongsadong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'Geumjeong Station Prugio Granble' in Geumjeong-dong, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do; 'Liatz The Incheon' in Songnim-dong, Dong-gu, Incheon; and 'Mugeo Vista Dongwon' in Mugeo-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
