Creating Everyday Living Culture Spaces
Anseong City in Gyeonggi Province is conducting a public contest for the '15-Minute Cultural Exchange Space Support Project' targeting bookstores, cafes, workshops, and more until the 14th.
This project aims to establish a 15-minute cultural living zone, creating spaces where citizens can easily visit in their daily lives and enjoy various cultural activities.
Once designated as a '15-Minute Cultural Exchange Space,' the location can receive up to 2.5 million KRW in support for planning and operating cultural and artistic programs that reflect the unique characteristics of each space. Eligibility includes individuals and organizations operating spaces within Anseong City, as well as those who can conduct cultural and artistic programs for citizens at the respective spaces.
Applicants can apply through the Botam-e website. Detailed information is available on the Anseong City Hall website or the Botam-e website.
An official from Anseong City stated, "We will strive to widely promote cultural spaces that citizens can easily access in their daily lives to increase their cultural enjoyment time and work towards resolving regional cultural imbalances."
