Lotte Construction Launches Sales for 'Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel' in Busan... First Priority Subscription on June 11

Lotte Construction announced on the 31st that it has opened the model house for 'Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel' and will begin full-scale sales. The first-priority subscription will take place on the 11th of next month.

Yangjeong Lotte Castle Frontiel is being built by redeveloping Yangjeong 3 District in Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan, on lot 64-3. It consists of 10 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, with a total of 903 households of exclusive areas from 39 to 110㎡. The general sale units are 489 households with exclusive areas from 59 to 110㎡.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 10th of next month, followed by first-priority subscription on the 11th and second-priority subscription on the 12th. Resale is allowed 6 months after the resident selection date.

Various benefits are also provided to reduce the financial burden on buyers. The down payment is fixed at 10 million KRW, allowing contracts to be made by paying only 10 million KRW at the official contract stage. The remaining amount must be paid within 30 days. 60% of the intermediate payment is offered completely interest-free.
