Mother and daughter stabbed to death in Gangnam officetel... Police tracking suspect

At around 6:54 PM on the 30th, an incident occurred at an officetel in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where a woman in her 50s and her daughter were stabbed to death.

The suspect, a man in his 60s, wielded the weapon and fled the scene using a vehicle.

The suspect is believed to have been an acquaintance of the deceased woman in her 50s.

The police are tracking the suspect based on closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage and other evidence.
