Declaration Ceremony to Promote Digital Transformation of Industrial Complexes Held
On the 30th, the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation announced that it held the ‘2024 Industrial Complex Digital Transformation Promotion Declaration Ceremony’ at the Seoul Regional Headquarters of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, together with the Industrial Complex Managers Association and global leading companies.
This declaration ceremony was organized to pledge the creation of a digital innovation ecosystem through informatization, intelligence, and connectivity in industrial sites, with the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and companies residing in industrial complexes working together.

Following the declaration ceremony, a keynote presentation and conference were held to share innovative technologies for digital transformation and to discuss digitalization of industrial sites and innovation plans for manufacturing processes.
Lee Sang-hoon, President of the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, stated, “Taking this declaration ceremony as an opportunity, we plan to prepare various support programs and policies so that companies within industrial complexes can systematically promote digital transformation,” adding, “We will continue to collaborate with corporate self-governing organizations to regularly evaluate and provide feedback to review and improve the outcomes of digital transformation.”
