The companies introduced products such as red ginseng products, ice coolers, camping caravans, cast brass products, honey, cup tteokbokki, and diapers through one-on-one consultations with buyers. The city explained that Canada is a market with active research and development (R&D) investment support and a stable business environment, as well as good accessibility to the U.S. market, making it a promising market for exporting various products.

The city supported the market development team by covering all costs related to operating the export consultation meeting, including local market research, buyer recruitment and one-on-one consultation arrangements, and interpretation fees. The city is also promoting various export support policies such as additional consultation support after the meetings, export logistics costs, and social network service (SNS) marketing support.

A city official stated, "This was an opportunity to take a step closer to developing the North American market through thorough preliminary market research and active buyer meetings," adding, "We will continue to strive to provide opportunities for local small and medium-sized enterprises to develop overseas markets and diversify sales channels."
