‘Legal Home Doctor’ is a ‘lawyer affiliated with the Ministry of Justice’ that provides legal services such as legal consultation, assistance in drafting legal documents, and connection to legal aid for socially and economically vulnerable groups.

It supports proactive legal responses to legal issues before disputes such as lawsuits arise, and provides comprehensive legal welfare services combining law and welfare through utilizing community welfare networks and case management meetings.

Consultations with the Gwangsan-gu Legal Home Doctor are held from Monday to Friday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) in the consultation room on the 3rd floor of the district office. You can visit the consultation room after making a phone reservation in advance. If you prefer remote consultation, it is also available by phone.

Gwangsan-gu also operates a ‘Visiting On-site Legal Consultation Room’ that directly visits places where citizens have difficulty visiting the district office and supports legal consultations for legal problem resolution.

They plan to listen to residents’ legal difficulties in daily life to eliminate blind spots in legal welfare and provide customized legal consultations.

A Gwangsan-gu official said, “Legal Home Doctor is a ‘legal primary care physician’ that supports vulnerable residents who find it difficult to resolve legal issues on their own by providing solutions and procedures,” adding, “We will strive to ensure that many residents can use legal consultations whenever they need them.”
