RaonPeople "Subsidiary Provides Microsoft Copilot Supply Concierge Consulting"

RaonPeople's subsidiary TDG is launching concierge technology consulting for clients to implement Microsoft's Copilot for Microsoft 365.

TDG, a subsidiary of RaonPeople, is a domestic company qualified to provide Copilot services as an official Jumpstart partner selected through Microsoft's eligibility screening. The program is conducted in three stages?diagnosis, experience, and verification?under the Copilot for Microsoft 365 concierge program. Together with Microsoft, they offer consulting to build an efficient work environment that reduces costs while increasing profits and customer satisfaction.

First, the Microsoft Copilot 365 diagnosis program assesses the status of hardware and software assets used company-wide, checks whether they are being used efficiently, and verifies compliance with data security and other regulations.

The experience program consists of four stages: ▲ In the collaboration area, it explores the features of collaboration solutions provided by Microsoft 365 and introduces ways for companies to utilize them; ▲ In the authentication and email security area, it consults on enhanced authentication methods with multi-factor authentication, access management methods, and features that protect against cyber security threats; ▲ In data protection, it introduces methods to protect data by classifying, encrypting, authorizing, and tracking internal documents according to their grade; and ▲ In the AI area, it provides experience with the value and innovative work transformation of Microsoft Copilot 365, along with user training.

In the verification program, Microsoft certified experts and the company's security officers form a team to verify the proper use of data and the establishment of a data security system through Microsoft Copilot 365 in an actual environment.

Accordingly, TDG plans to build Microsoft Copilot 365 for client companies and provide various satisfying services in the cloud environment through MSP (Managed Service Provider) technical support.
