Apply for the Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass... Pay 10,000 Won and Get 110,000 Won! Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass Guide.

With the 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass', young people can enjoy cultural performances worth 110,000 won by paying only 10,000 won. Any youth registered as a resident of Busan (born between 1985 and 2006), regardless of income level, can apply, and support will be provided to the first 5,000 applicants.

This cannot be combined with the 'Youth Culture and Arts Pass' supported by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for those aged 19 and above.

The 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' can be applied for through the Dongbaekjeon app starting from 10 a.m. on July 1.

Applications can be submitted through the policy fund application menu in the newly renewed Dongbaekjeon app (as of May 14).

Payment of 10,000 won can only be made via Busan Bank's Dongbaekjeon, so young people who do not yet have Dongbaekjeon are advised to install the Dongbaekjeon app (existing members should update) and prepare to issue a Dongbaekjeon card in their name from Busan Bank before the application date.

The 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' can be used only for performances (musicals, concerts, etc.) designated by the city, and the list and schedule of performances will be announced after the selection of recipients in July.

Nam Jungeun, the city's Director of Youth-Industry-Academic Policy, said, "The city has introduced a new type of 'Busan Youth 10,000 Won Culture Pass' exclusively for Busan youth. We hope this project will provide young people with more opportunities to experience culture and the arts up close," adding, "Our city will continue to discover and promote various projects and policies so that young people find Busan an attractive city."
