2 Days and 3 Nights Field Trip to Jeju Island

Cultural tourism commentators from Yeongcheon City, Gyeongbuk, conducted a benchmarking visit to Jeju Island from the 26th to the 28th, engaging in a three-day, two-night field trip to promote local tourism.

During this trip, participants visited Jeju tourist attractions such as Seokbujak Theme Park and Seongeup Folk Village, where they observed local cultural tourism commentators in action and explored ways to revitalize tourism in the Yeongcheon area.

Yeongcheon cultural tourism guides are touring Jeju Island.

Attendees of this tour had the opportunity to learn about Jeju's region-specific storytelling interpretation techniques.

Currently, Yeongcheon City has 17 cultural tourism commentators who are stationed at sites such as the Nogae Literature Museum, Bohyeonsan Green Experience Center, Imgoseowon, and Hwarang Seolhwa Village, providing engaging commentary to attract tourists.
