The Architectural Committee designated the Hannam District 4 project site as a Special Architectural Zone to ensure public interest and to implement creative design. Utilizing the hilly terrain characteristics of the site, a linear neighborhood living facility with shops lined up on a deck was arranged.

Various patterns, including protruding facades, will create a diverse streetscape. The central part of the complex will have a high skyline that slopes down towards the south along the Han River and to the east and west, establishing a landscape plan that harmonizes with the surrounding areas such as Namsan.

Han Byung-yong, Director of the Seoul Housing Policy Office, said, "Hannam District 4 has been designated as a Special Architectural Zone to create a diverse urban landscape that harmonizes the surrounding nature with the complex. We will continue to actively review various aspects through the Architectural Committee to foster attractive residential spaces."
