Lotte World Opens Summer Festival 'City Vacance & Samba'

Lotte World Adventure announced that from the 7th of next month until September 1st, it will present the summer festival ‘City Vacance & Samba,’ where visitors can experience an exotic atmosphere through the fusion of city pop and samba. First, the main performance of the summer festival, the 'Samba Carnival Parade,' will be held daily at 2 PM along the parade course on the first floor of Adventure during the event period. The parade is themed as 'a parade performed by the Sun Goddess and passionate samba dancers in the Amazon, where a legendary mystical bird exists.' Visitors can enjoy three parade units named the Sun Goddess, Indio, and Amazon, six parade floats, and samba costumes and decorations made from tens of thousands of natural feathers. At the Exciting Samba Zone set up at the Loti Train Plaza and Meeting Plaza inside Adventure, visitors can learn samba choreography from keepers before the performance.

Starting from the 14th of next month, the stage performance 'Samba Together' will be held daily at 6:30 PM on the Garden Stage on the first floor of Adventure. The show offers a rich variety of performances including samba, capoeira?a Brazilian traditional martial art, lambada with its unique South American passion, and salsa, which dominates the stage with dynamic steps. To commemorate the 35th anniversary of Lotte World Adventure’s opening this year, a 35th anniversary best pops concert 'Rock the Beat' featuring a big band and characters will be held daily at 5 PM on the Adventure Garden Stage throughout July. The concert showcases a diverse range of genres live, including famous movie OSTs, musicals, ensembles, pop, and vocals. At 8 PM, visitors can also enjoy the new nighttime parade 'World of Light.'

Lotte Tour Development announced the launch of the brand 'HIGH&' for high-end premium travel products in celebration of its 53rd anniversary. HIGH& is a brand created to further strengthen and activate premium travel product categories such as business class packages. A representative from Lotte Tour Development stated, "We will focus on high-end travel services including limited 16-seat business class products and luxury hotels," adding, "We will maximize customer satisfaction by consolidating the strengths and know-how of Lotte Tour Development’s 53 years of tradition."

Hana Tour Participates in '2024 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa'

Hana Tour announced that it will participate in the '2024 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa,' held in celebration of next month’s Travel Month, offering domestic accommodation discount coupons worth up to 50,000 KRW. The 2024 Korea Accommodation Sale Festa is an event jointly organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization to promote domestic travel, running from the 3rd to the 30th of next month. During the event, discount coupons that can be used immediately when booking domestic accommodations excluding the metropolitan area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis through Hana Tour’s official website and application. Using the coupons, customers can receive a 30,000 KRW discount on accommodation purchases over 70,000 KRW, and a 20,000 KRW discount on accommodation purchases between 20,000 KRW and under 70,000 KRW. Prior to the main event, a special regional exhibition will be held until the 30th, offering 50,000 KRW discount vouchers. These can be used in 12 regions excluding the metropolitan area and Jeju, applicable to accommodations priced over 70,000 KRW.

Kensington Hotel & Resort Launches 'Cool Summer' Package

E-Land Park’s Kensington Hotel & Resort announced the launch of the 'Cool Summer' package targeting the summer season, which includes shaved ice. The package consists of one night’s accommodation, one shaved ice dessert, and an Ohora Pedi set (one gel strip pedi, one Pro Glossy top gel, and one gel lamp). Depending on the hotel and resort location, the package includes items such as 'Classic Honey Shaved Ice' and 'Classic Red Bean Shaved Ice.' Visitors can also enjoy location-specific shaved ice flavors like 'Chodang Corn Shaved Ice,' 'Seoraksan Shaved Ice,' and 'Black Sesame Shaved Ice.' The package is available at nine Kensington Hotel & Resort locations until August 31st, with prices starting from 99,900 KRW.
