Changwon Special City Holds Hometown Love Donation Ceremony with Seogwipo Fire Station in Jeju

Changwon Uichang Fire Station and Seogwipo Fire Station Exchange Mutual Donations

Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced on the 28th that Changwon Uichang Fire Station and Jeju Seogwipo Fire Station have mutually donated 3 million won each to promote the Hometown Love Donation Program.

At the event held on the 27th, Go Jaeu, Chief of Seogwipo Fire Station, Kang Youngcheol, President of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Association, and seven others visited, making it a meaningful occasion to share warm feelings of hometown love through mutual donations.

Jang Geumyong, the First Deputy Mayor, said, "I deeply appreciate the donation of 3 million won to the Hometown Love Fund during your visit from Jeju Special Self-Governing Province to Changwon Special City. We will use the donation wisely to improve the welfare of our citizens."

Go Jaeu, Chief of Seogwipo Fire Station, responded, "Thank you for the warm welcome from Changwon Special City, and I hope the cooperative relationship between our two cities will continue."

This visit was a return visit by Seogwipo Fire Station following Uichang Fire Station's donation of 3 million won to Seogwipo City for the Hometown Love Fund last month.
