Recognizing the Importance of 'Mind Care' for Enrolled Students Led by Student and Career Support Office
The Student and Career Support Office (Director: Oh Eungsoo) and the Student Counseling Center (Director: Kim Jihye) at Dong-A University announced on the 27th that they held the 'Mental Health Care Day Campaign' for enrolled students.
This event was organized as part of a daily mental health support program to raise awareness of the importance of 'self-care for the mind' among Dong-A University students and to promote psychological well-being.
Approximately 280 students participated in the event, which was held over the past two days at the Seunghak and Bumin campuses.
Under the theme of 'Dong-A Mind Pharmacy,' the campaign featured personalized mental health prescriptions by Dong-A Mind Pharmacy professional counselors, IESS integrated stress tests, oil pastel drawing activities, and promotions for the Student Counseling Center.
Choi Hyungwoo (Department of Business Administration, 4th year), who participated in the event, said, "Through the innovative activity called Mind Pharmacy, I became well-acquainted with the Student Counseling Center," and added, "Thanks to the warm-hearted counselors, I gained energy and confidence in my university life."
