49 Employees from Overseas Subsidiaries in 11 Countries Participate

HD Hyundai invites outstanding local talents from its global sites to Korea to share the group's past, present, and future vision, strengthening global cohesion.

HD Hyundai announced that it will hold a six-day 'Global Staff' invitation event from the 27th to the 1st of next month. The event aims to tour key production plants and research facilities of the group, such as the Pangyo Global R&D Center and the Ulsan shipyard, together with local employees from overseas subsidiaries in North America, Europe, and Asia, enhancing the bond with the headquarters.

Global Staff refers to locally hired personnel. Last year, HD Hyundai's Construction Equipment division was the first within the group to implement this. This year, not only the Construction Equipment division but also the entire group has renamed the program and is conducting the event to strengthen the sense of belonging and mission among local employees across all group companies.

The event includes 49 global staff members from 11 countries working at overseas subsidiaries of HD Hyundai Site Solutions, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment, HD Hyundai Infracore, as well as HD Hyundai Oilbank, HD Hyundai Electric, and HD Hyundai Marine Solutions.

HD Hyundai Site Solutions, which is organizing the event, provides education on the group's history, business status, and HD Hyundai's value system to the global staff. Various programs such as workshops and special lectures are held to ensure the group's vision is well communicated to local business sites through them. To establish a cooperative system between domestic and overseas subsidiaries, time is also allocated for exchanging cultures and working methods among related organizations and personnel.
