Hamyang County in Gyeongnam is accepting applications for the 2024 7th Hamyang Forestry Academy, aimed at training top forest management executives, until June 7.

This Hamyang Forestry Academy, designed to discover the hidden value of forest resources and cultivate top executives in various fields such as forest product cultivation, processing, distribution, and marketing, will be held for seven months from mid-June to December, totaling 100 hours (2 PM to 6 PM, three to four times a month, approximately 20 sessions).

Eligible applicants include residents of the county as of the announcement date, independent forest owners, forestry successors, new knowledge foresters, those registered with forestry management entities, and those who wish to work in forest crops and forestry (including returnees to farming and rural areas).

Applications will be accepted until June 7 by visiting the Forest Management Division of Hamyang County Office, or via mail or email. Successful applicants will be notified individually on June 11.
