[2024 Apartment Brand Awards] Hanwha Construction Division, 'Doma Forena Haemoro' in Daejeon Mini New Town

This year, Hanwha Construction Division, which won the High-Quality Design category at the Asia Economy Apartment Brand Awards, is offering the 'Doma Forena Haemoro' for first-come, first-served sale. The complex was co-constructed with HJ Heavy Industries in the area of 181-1, Doma-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon. It is a complex located in the core area of the Doma-Byeondong district, which is transforming into a mini new town-scale apartment area.


Doma Forena Haemoro consists of 7 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 818 households ranging from 39 to 101㎡ in exclusive area. Among them, 568 units are for general sale. The number of households by area is △59㎡A 209 units △59㎡B 111 units △74㎡A 65 units △74㎡B 92 units △84㎡ 86 units △101㎡ 5 units.


The Doma-Byeondong district, which was reorganized through an urban renewal project from a large-scale old housing area, is a mini new town with about 25,000 households. Brand complexes such as Doma e-Pyeonhansesang Forena (Zone 8) and Hoban Summit Grand Central (Zone 11) have been continuously established, transforming the area into a brand town. It is similar in scale to the nearby Doan New Town Phase 1 (24,000 households).

The complex is surrounded by transportation networks such as Gyebaek-ro, Doma Intersection, and Daedunsan-ro. Access to Honam Expressway, Daejeon Southern Ring Expressway, and Tongyeong-Daejeon Expressway is also convenient. It is close to Daejeon Southwest Terminal (about a 10-minute walk), KTX Seodaejeon Station (about a 10-minute drive), and Daejeon Subway Line 1 Seodaejeon Negeori Station (about a 10-minute drive). A tram station called Doma Station (tentative name) on Daejeon Metro Line 2 will be newly established at Doma Intersection.


Daesin Middle and High Schools are within a 10-minute walking distance. Boksu Elementary, Daejeon Samyuk Elementary (private), Beodne Middle, and Jeil High School are all within a 1 km radius. The area is pleasant with nearby Yudeungcheon Stream and Oryang Mountain. Within a 3 km radius, there are Daejeon O-World, Daejeon Root Park, and a forest bathing area.


Residents can use the central commercial district at Doma Intersection (a 5-minute walk), which is filled with shops, hospitals, and banks. Doma Large Market, Costco, and Homeplus are also located nearby. Recently, the selection of Gyocheon-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon City as the final candidate site for the national nano and semiconductor industrial complex is also a positive factor.


The apartment buildings of Doma Forena Haemoro are mainly arranged facing south, which is advantageous for natural lighting. Medium to large units of 74㎡ or larger are designed with a 4-bay layout. Each type is designed with a cross-ventilation structure favorable for ventilation, and includes an alpha room and pantry for easy storage.
