At the forum, Jinwook Sung, a senior researcher at the SH Urban Research Institute, presented on the topic of "Seoul Citizens' Intentions and Characteristics Regarding Migration to Local Areas," sharing insights on Seoul citizens' perceptions and factors influencing their migration intentions according to the basic direction of Gold City. Senior Researcher Sung stated, "Seoul citizens prefer migrating to Gold City, where housing and jobs are both available, rather than vague migration to local areas," adding, "In particular, the lower housing prices compared to Seoul were analyzed as a factor encouraging migration to Gold City."

Jungkyung Moon, a senior researcher at the LH Land and Housing Research Institute, in a presentation titled "Strategies for Creating Regional Vitality Towns to Revitalize Population Inflow into the Metropolitan Area," emphasized the need for "review and public discussion of administrative and financial support systems to strengthen the execution capabilities of project implementers."

Following this, Professor Jooyoung Kim of Kangwon National University chaired a panel discussion on residential mobility according to life cycles, featuring experts such as Yesung Kim, a specialist at Kim & Chang Law Office; Dongha Park, a research fellow at the Gyeonggi Research Institute; and Changhyo Lee, a professor at Hanbat National University.

Heondong Kim, president of SH Corporation, stated, "From the perspective of balanced national development through the redistribution of Seoul's overpopulated population, it is necessary to establish and implement a cooperative system among participating entities to ensure the successful settlement of the Gold City project."
