Kumho Construction to Supply 4,504 Housing Units in the Second Half of This Year

Kumho Construction announced on the 27th that it will supply a total of 4,504 households across seven complexes nationwide in the second half of this year. This is about twice the amount compared to the second half of last year.

By region, there are ▲ three complexes in the metropolitan area with 1,669 households ▲ two complexes in Chungcheong Province with 2,029 households ▲ two complexes in Gangwon Province with 806 households.

These complexes will feature Kumho Construction's new residential brand ‘Artera (ARTERA)’, showcasing specialized designs such as landscaping and distinctive gateposts.

The first complex to apply the Artera brand is ‘Cheongju Technopolis Artera’ in Cheongju-si, Chungbuk, which will be supplied next month. It will be developed on a scale of 17 buildings, 1,450 households, ranging from three basement floors to 35 floors above ground. It is conveniently located near Cheongju International Airport, Jungbu Expressway, Gyeongbu Expressway, and KTX Osong Station.

‘Chuncheon Artera Edu Park’ in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon, will also be supplied next month. It will be developed on a scale of four buildings, 477 households, ranging from two basement floors to 29 floors above ground. This is the second supply following the Mancheon-ri Phase 1 complex supplied last year, and upon completion, an Artera brand town with 1,020 households is expected to be formed.

In the same month, ‘Goyang Janghang Artera’ will be supplied in Block B-3 of Janghang Residential District, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province. It will be developed on a scale of eight buildings, 760 households, ranging from two basement floors to 29 floors above ground. Kindergartens, elementary, middle, and high schools are planned within the Janghang Residential District, and it is adjacent to Ilsan Lake Park and Ilsan KINTEX.

A Kumho Construction official said, “Since we launched a new brand for the first time in 20 years, we plan to further expand private supply projects mainly in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and major provincial cities,” adding, “We will establish Artera as a beloved residential brand among consumers through differentiated products unique to Artera.”

Meanwhile, Kumho Construction’s housing business division is showing strong sales, with ‘Bundang Kumho Eoullim Green Park’ in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province, supplied in February, selling out early within four days of the contract period. New orders have also been rising, with three projects consecutively secured in the first half of the year: ‘Gangneung Hoisan-dong Apartment Complex’ and ‘Chuncheon Mancheon-ri Phase 2 Apartment Complex’ in Gangwon Province, and ‘Cheongju Technopolis Apartment Complex’.
