Based on the number of tournaments participated, this is the 7th longest wait for a victory in history. The record for this category is held by Juyoung Park, who won at the Daebo House D Open last year on her 279th appearance.
Sohyun Bae joined in October 2011 and mainly played on the Dream (2nd tier) Tour and Jump (3rd tier) Tour. She entered the regular tour after winning the Dream Tour money title in 2016 but lost her tour card due to poor results. She returned to the regular tour in 2020 and has been in the 'Top 5' every season since 2021, maintaining a position within the top 30 in the money rankings. This year, she made the cut 8 times in 9 tournaments and reached the top in her 10th tournament of the season. She is currently 10th in the season money ranking (242.42 million KRW) and in the points race (109 points).
Doyoung Park fought hard, lowering her score by 3 strokes, but had to settle for runner-up (6-under-par 210). Gyul Park added 2-under-par to achieve her best season result, tying for 3rd place (5-under-par 211). Minji Park, Seunghui Noh, and Jungmi Hwang also joined this group. Shinshil Bang, who was defending her title, finished 14th (1-under-par 215).
