Powerful Plus M's New Release 'Talju' Opens on July 3

The film 'Talju' is set to be released on July 3, announced the distributor Plus M Entertainment on the 24th.

'Talju' is a movie depicting a life-or-death chase between Gyu-nam, a North Korean soldier who begins an escape for tomorrow, and Hyeon-sang, a Security Department officer who pursues Gyu-nam to protect today. Actor Lee Je-hoon plays Gyu-nam, who attempts to defect to the South under extreme circumstances, while Koo Kyo-hwan portrays Hyeon-sang, who monitors and suspects them. Hong Sa-bin plays Dong-hyeok, who dreams of escaping together with Gyu-nam.

The film is attracting attention as a new work from Plus M Entertainment, which drew a cumulative audience of 10 million last year with the movie 'Seoul Spring.' It is reported that 'Talju' has been successfully pre-sold in overseas markets including North America, Europe, and Asia. The North American region has confirmed a simultaneous release with the domestic premiere.
