Regarding HYBE's report to the police accusing Adore's CEO Min Hee-jin of breach of duty, the first complainant investigation has taken place.
On the 24th, the Yongsan Police Station summoned a HYBE representative around 2 p.m. the previous day for the complainant investigation.
Earlier, HYBE filed a complaint against CEO Min on the 26th of last month at the Yongsan Police Station for breach of duty.
HYBE claimed that CEO Min devised a concrete plan to seize management rights of Adore and secured specific related witness statements and physical evidence to support this.
At a regular press briefing on the 20th, Cho Ji-ho, Commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, stated, "The complainant side informed us on the 17th that they would appear after the provisional injunction schedule, so we plan to summon and investigate them within this week," adding, "After that, the necessary procedures will proceed swiftly."
