On the 24th, a post titled "Santa came by after closing and leaving" was uploaded on an online community. The author, A, a self-employed person, discovered two sacks placed in front of the store while leaving after finishing the day's business and closing up.

A explained, "I wondered what this was, so I opened the sacks and found young radish inside," adding, "There is Yeolmu-guksu on the menu, so it seems like a customer who knows that gave it to me." He continued, "These days, vegetable prices are very high, so it has been tough, and I am very grateful," expressing his joy, "I was so busy working that I didn't even notice it was left behind. It seems like the customer knew I was busy and quietly left it. I am curious who it was. The generosity of the countryside is really great."

A said, "Tomorrow, I plan to come to the store early in the morning to pickle the young radish given by the customer," adding, "I will make delicious kimchi with the young radish. Also, if I lightly blanch the young radish and season it with doenjang, it will make a unique side dish. I will prepare it deliciously and serve it to the customers. I am thankful to the customer who made me have this happy dilemma."

Netizens who read the story responded with comments such as, "Refreshing young radish kimchi, it already sounds delicious," "The owner must be really good at cooking," "It must have been so tasty," "This is the generosity of the countryside," "It really warms the heart," "Thanks to people like that, society is still beautiful," "A truly wonderful customer," "The owner’s kind response probably made the customer leave it out of gratitude," and "Young radish prices are expensive, so this is amazing."
