Jeong Seok-ho Appointed as Chairman of the Korea IR Association

The Korea IR Association announced on the 23rd that it held the inauguration ceremony of its 8th president, Jeong Seok-ho.

President Jeong was born in 1965 and graduated from Cheonggu High School before completing bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in law at Hanyang University.

Since 2014, he has served as the head of the Derivatives Market Department at the Korea Exchange's Derivatives Market Headquarters. He also held positions as head of the Over-the-Counter Clearing and Settlement Department at the Derivatives Market Headquarters, head of the Market Surveillance Department at the Market Surveillance Headquarters, deputy head of the Derivatives Market Headquarters, and from January 2022 until last month, he served as the head of the Clearing and Settlement Headquarters.
